WILD GAME RECIPES

Wild game is one of those foods that is obviously misunderstood by the people that don’t consume it, but is also often misunderstood by the ones who do.

​For those that eat venison and other wild game, a great number of them usually have some quirky thing they think should be done in order to make the meat more palatable; Like soaking larger cuts in some random solution or adding weird starchy binders to their burgers.

​While there certainly are things that can be done to alter flavor profiles, such as aging or marinating the meat, it’s mainly about mastering cooking and field care techniques.
